This is a Herman Miller Aeron Remastered in Size B. The Classic itself is excellent for your back. The Remastered -- is an upgraded ergonomic chair.

It's smoother to use and has a cleaner look than the Classic chair. You also get an improved PostureFit system, more adjustable arms, a much better tension function and Flex Zone Mesh.
