The Collection
I am focused on curating great craftsmanship from all walks of life to enhance anyone's collection. When possible I will share what I know of the artists' name / brand to add color to design history.
I hope you feel a greater connection to the art regardless of the label.

An AAPI queer, nonbinary owned business. I am first generation (ABC), born Texan. After many years away, I am now back. One major motivation for me to be here is so that I can vote in TX elections. Every vote counts-- including how we all spend our dollars!
Pricing
Each item is thoughtfully valued before publishing online. I consider sold comps, along with the behind the scenes effort to get items published online for you.
Majority of the time you'll find that my prices match or are a little under market.
This gives you the freedom to purchase when you want to rather than wait for a big sale or the holidays.

Shipping: Small Objects
These are easily packaged & ready to ship. All sales are final.
USPS and UPS with tracking
Pay shipping at checkout. Please allow 4-6 days for orders to be processed excluding weekends and major holidays. A confirmation email will be sent out when your package is on its way!

These are bigger in size and require partnership with a carrier.

Returns / Refunds

By making a purchase, you finalize the agreement that you have read, understood and committed to our store policy and will honor it.
Flaws: Items are varied: handmade, vintage & secondhand and will hold flaws that add to the beauty of the item. I do my best to notate the obvious. If you want to see more pictures or a video, get in touch before purchasing.
Missing/ Damaged: I pack with extra care. Each item bubble wrapped individually, padded, in certified shipping boxes for shipment. This prevents damage but does not guarantee it. Once item has shipped, Buyer is responsible for filing a claim with carrier if item is damaged during shipping or missing. I can walk you through the claim process, but ONHSI is not liable for the item after it has been shipped.
Choose Your Own Carrier: If you choose your own carrier, you are responsible for coordinating, negotiating and facilitating the object to your choice of destination. ONHSI is not liable no-shows, miscommunication, missed time frame of pick up, missing items, damaged during shipment, etc. You understand the responsibility is on you and you will make claims with the carrier.
Replacements: Since everything is of-a-kind, there may not be any replacements.
ONHSI is not be responsible for stolen packages, missed appointments, lost or damaged packages, carrier choice or if your schedule changes.

Pottery:
All pieces are safe for food and drink unless otherwise noted. Hand-washed in order to ensure many years of use.
Clothing:
Machine wash cold with like colors. Hang dry. Steam or iron on low. This keeps clothes lasting longer.

Our aesthetic is relaxed + roomy. Currently, based on our skill sets, we offer One Size Fits Some. All ONHSI Studio patterns, sewing & fittings are done in-house by Yvonne.
